Its 400 litre capacity make it ideal for smaller to medium sized catering businesses that are looking for high quality refrigeration. This fosters fridge comes on castors for ease of movement. The fridge works on a bottom mounted system by drawing air from the coolest area of the kitchen to effectively reduce running costs and the temperature range is from 1°C to 4°C and the appliance will perform well in ambient temperatures even up to 40°C. This unit features an LED electronic temperature display for accurate temperature control and easy visual checks. Also featuring automatic defrost for convenience and a stainless steel construction providing durability and also making the unit easy to clean.
