Description

This is a nice little business particularly if you already operate in the small business sector or as a side business for someone.

Current restrictions on my time availability, storage challenges plus 1 or 2 other factors have led to me exploring selling this. A few headline figures:

Revenues: 2021 = £4,000. 2022 = £10,800. 2023 = £13,000 (on target - £10,250 already invoiced)

NOTE: This is largely organic growth as we don't really market the business much. Someone with more time to focus could easily increase sales by 30-40% I believe, particularly as we do hardly any hires between Oct and Jan due to our other business activities.

Profits: 2021 = -£900 (lots of builds). 2022 = £3,750. 2023 = £4916

NOTE: We are VAT registered, and a sole trading business would immediately increase the profits by 20%.

We have 51 characters. All letters of the alphabet, all numbers 4ft tall x 2ft wide in White.

All are well constructed in 18mm MDF and well maintained (we built these ourselves). They have low-voltage lights which negate a lot of venue concerns on safety and we have more lights than many in this industry on the characters.

Price is based on each character being worth £100 (£5,100) plus 2 x annual current profits (2 x £4916)
