The foliage is pretty good though the lights are not the brightest in most of them so would likely need replacing, so a bit of work is required. The structure is ok however so the pricing reflects the above as they can still be used.All these used to be attached to lampposts and have a 'tail' of garland attached too.
Plugs and rectifiers would be needed if retaining/using existing lights.
