Unique house for your Father Christmas

This fabulous house is constructed of fibreglass pieces which fit together to create this magnificent grotto. It is a crowd puller, and pleaser, the kids love seeing Father Christmas house, and when it is all lit up, it looks just magical, and straight out of Disneyland!

The house itself has 2 rooms on the ground floor, we use one to hold all of our technical equipment, and present store, but that could be used otherwise. On the ground floor there are 3 doors, 1 goes in to our technical room (an internal door seperates it from the main grotto area), another door leads in to the main grotto room, and there is another door, where your visitors can leave from, this helps to keep the flow into see the big man himself.

The house also has a first floor, we currently do not use this apart from using it to hold a snow machine. The first floor also has the huge chimney and 2 balconies. We use a ladder to access the upper floor, but with work to put in stairs, you could adapt this in the future, if required. This first floor will require some remedial work if you wanted to use it.

Inside the main grotto room there is a plastic log effect wood cladding to make it feel very cosy (see pictures) which has to be fitted back in once the grotto is put together (all other decoration will be removed prior to the sale, unless it is negotiated within the sale)

The grotto was originally designed to be used inside but we have used it outside. The entire grotto was refurbished in 2017, but every year it will need a good jet wash down and touched up where necessary, but generally the condiiton is very good. The 1st floor will need some replacement if it is going to be used (we only use it to keep a snow machine up there)

Once dismantled, this will require an artic size lorry, to relocate, it is huge, and heavy, you will need to provide assistance in taking down, and removing this item.

Technical room 2.15m x 2.2m (this also has a little extra space in the jutty out section, we have never used it, apart from a storage area, but a portaloo could go in here for Santa.

This item is very reluctantly for sale as it is too large to go the area where our Christmas Experience is moving.
