North Pole HQ Event Set (11m x 5m)Set made up of 4 activity areas (Gone Fishing, Ice Throne Reading Corner, Snowball Ball Pool & Santas Ice Chamber)
Set Includes:
Feature Entrance:
- 110mm post painted ice blue and sprayed to look frosty
- Overhead entrance sign arch 2000mm x 300mm
- Ice walls approx. 1200mm high to either side of main entrance.
(ICE WALLS spec: 134mm wide made using 18mm mdf framework and 12mm mdf face to front and back. Jagged ice wall top edge. Painted ice blue and sprayed to look frosty).
- 1 x Traditional wall hung post box
Area 1 - Gone fishing area:
- Feature ice wall to back outside edge 3660mm.
- Raised deck area approx. 300-400mm high (to accommodate water buckets).
- Raised step to open corner and wheelchair ramp against fence line.
- Deck to have 6 – 8 fishing holes. Each hole approx. 200mm diameter. Removable ice disks to close holes and be weight bearing.
- Deck manufactured using q face plywood 18mm thick and stained in blue.
- 6-8 magnetic fishing rods.
- Magnetic fish
- Feature balustrading/ fencing on internal side approx. 2400mm x 800mm
- Over head sign approx. 120mm x 400mm
Area 2 - Snowman Center Piece Display:
- 1 x Large Snowman
- Circular raised tiers
Bottom tier 2000mm diameter and 150mm high
Top tier 1000mm diameter and 150mm high (300mm off floor level)
- Circular picket fence
- All painted in white.
Area 3 - Snowball Ball Pit:
- Opposite side of backdrop wall to create backwall wall of ball pit.
- Ball pit 3000mm long x 1200mm wide.
- Ball pit 400mm deep.
3500 x 70mm white and blue play balls which will fill pit approx. 300mm deep.
- Metal bar framework to create netting area.
- Foam insulation to metalwork where required for anti impact.

Area 4 Santas Ice Chamber
- Back drop 3000mm wide x 2200mm high
- Artex graphic full wrap (image to be confirmed)
