Blue Seal Twin Tank Fryer (Ref: RHC9308) - Warrington, Cheshire

This Blue Seal GT46 is a high-performance, freestanding gas fryer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens.
It features a twin-tanks with a total oil capacity of 26 litres (2 x 13L), allowing you to cook different items simultaneously without cross-contamination or it allows users to use just one tank during quiet periods.
The fryer is able to cook up to 31kg of chips per hour and is thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 145°C to 195°C. It features a drain valve for each pan to ensure fast and easy draining and is equipped with rear castors for easy positioning within the kitchen.
