This advert is for a complete village of used Alpine-style market chalets, handcrafted from solid timber in the Dolomites.

The chalets have been operated over several seasons and show normal cosmetic wear, but they remain in good working condition.

The set consists of approximately 15 modular units with the following sizes (width × depth):

1 × 4 m × 2.5 m
6 × 4 m × 2.5 m
2 × 5 m × 2.5 m
1 × 3 m × 2.5 m
2 × 7 m × 2 m

Total: about 15 units forming one connected village layout, as shown in the plan drawings.
Height: centre roof approx. 3.54 m (about 3.84 m with dormer), side roof approx. 3.14 m, eaves height 2.42 m.

Used condition from seasonal Christmas market operation: visually used but structurally sound, weatherproof and ready for reuse.
Sold only as a complete set.

Delivery notes

Currently installed at St Ann’s Square, Manchester until 22 December.

From January onwards, collection is from a warehouse in Manchester city centre and is available until the end of May.

Collection only, no delivery offered.
Buyer to arrange own transport – transport is best carried out using flatbed trucks, as previously used for these chalets.
Loading assistance can be provided on site.
No additional delivery charge.
