Description

This fabulous Grotto house is a timber construction with etched detail and fibreglass pieces 3D pieces which all fit together to create this magnificent grotto. When put together and decorated this is a real stand out piece suitable for indoor shopping centre spaces.

The house itself has 3 rooms on the ground floor and a corridor, 2 of these rooms are typically grotto chambers for Santa. It also has a roof cavity for technical equipment, sound system, wiring and present storage.

On the ground floor there are 2 doors, 1 at the front and one at the side. The grotto is modular so that doors can be added or existing doors can be moved to suit the setup.

The house also has 4 areas on the roof where a magnificent display can be set up. The offer includes the props to decorate theses spaces, but could also house animation if you wanted to add animation. (animation sold separate see other advert)

The internal display and interior decoration and furnishing of the 2 chamber grottos are included (see below for contents).

The grotto was originally designed to be inside only, The entire grotto was refurbished in 2019. The grotto would only require touch up that would be typical from an installation. The Grotto is in very good condition.

The Grotto breaks down into modular pieces and flat packs into a 40ft container. 40ft container not included but it can be purchased if required.
