You are looking at some original, vintage nutcracker style soldiers. They date from late 50's/60's and were originally props in liverpool's famous department store. They are lifesize and fabricated from fibre glass. They also include the original sentry boxes from Blacklers. There are two very damaged ones available from another source on E*** right now for £1800 each.
