Bedouin Style Chill Tent - South Wales

Description

This is a custom designed Bedouin style tent. The frame has been made using natural Larch trunks that have been stripped and sanded along with 18mm structural plywood.

Internally there are 5 bays measuring 2 meters by 1.6 meters with a 1 meters corridor that runs along the front of the tent. The entrance is 3 meters wide in the centre of the tent. The total floor area for the tent is 10 meters by 2.6 meters. The canvas and guide rope floor area is 15 meters by 7 meters.

In the photographs you can see that it has been set up with a tea serving station in the centre bay (this can also be used a seating area if desired). The other four bays are laid out with floor cushions. The comfortable capacity with the seating with the four bays is 24 people. If the centre bay is also used with cushions, then this can increase to 30. As in the photos we have used a sheepskin rug for an additional two seats at either end of the tent.

The top graphics that are printed on the front of the tent with our name can be printed again with your own branding, name or design included in the price.

The construction of the tent takes 3-4 hours with two people and the framework is bolted together. The canvas is laid over the top of the frame and then pinned to the floor with heavy duty galvanised pins. The take down of the tent is only 2 hours for two people.

There is a red carpet internally within the tent which is laid on top of heavy-duty Damp-Proof Membrane which ultimately makes the internal area waterproof from the elements outside.

There is organza that hangs around the sides and between the bays to give the tent more private and romantic experience.
