Description
The essential base for all your flag needs. 30L fillable capacity for water or sand. This hardwearing moulded base is suitable for up to and including large flags.The water base is uniquely designed to look like a car wheel, and comes with a rotating spigot to ensure not only the visuals have maximum impact but to create a secure system by reducing wind loading.
The plastic water base comes with 2 nuts, 1 that can be attached via hand for more temporary and semi-permanent structures, and 1 that is to be tightened with a ratchet for, more permanent structures.
Fill with water or sand to add weight to the system.
